Enrollment

To enroll your dog in daycare or boarding, just complete the enrollment form and submit it on-line or bring it by our office. At the same time, we can schedule an appointment for your dog’s temperament evaluation.

We also need proof of Rabies, DHPP and Bordatella (canine cough) vaccines. Have your veterinarian send proof of vaccination to Grateful Dog 430 17th Street, Sacramento, CA 95811, fax to 916.442.8505 or email to info@gratefuldogdaycare.com. (Dogs must be vaccinated for Bordatella 1 week prior to staying with us)
